An executive villa located in the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Close by is the Disney World Resort and all the magical Orlando Theme Parks and tourist attractions.

Our lovely villa was new in August 2004 and is situated just 20 minutes from the Disney World complex within a fantastic golf course. It is perfect for two families to share with it’s layout of rooms and is fully fitted out as your home away from home.

The swimming pool area has a child safety fence, chairs and loungers to soak up the sun and a covered Lanai area for when it gets too hot. We have also installed additional privacy screening around the pool and have fitted a built in Barbeque grill that complies with the latest Florida legislation.

There is full air conditioning with ample lounge seats surrounding the cable TV & HiFi, with dining tables and seating for 10, as well as a breakfast bar. Appliances include range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine & drier.There is also a Queen size sofa bed for larger parties.

The villa is child friendly with a cot and blankets, high chair, buggy (stroller) & baby/children’s bowls, plates and beakers. These are included within our prices.

There is a Games room with table tennis and 7' extreme air hockey tables.

The facilities at Southern Dunes Country Club are also available for your use and include a restaurant and clubhouse, tennis courts, children's play area, fitness centre, swimming pool, fishing lake as well as the award winning 4+ star golf course.

At the entrance to Southern Dunes there is a huge 24 hour Wal-Mart Supermarket that includes a Pharmacy.

We also have a local management company to help you with any problems.
